The Kentucky Professional Fire Fighters (KPFF) is the statewide organization representing 43 firefighter and EMS unions throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As an affiliate of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), we are committed to advancing the interests of professional firefighters and emergency medical service workers.
Our mission encompasses legislative advocacy, collective bargaining support, health and safety initiatives, educational scholarships, and community engagement. We believe that by standing together, Kentucky's fire service professionals can achieve the working conditions, compensation, and respect they deserve.
